Tenant's Rights

I have the best clause in my Lease (well, the Addendum). This, or something like it, really should be part of the standard boilerplate lease for renters. Assuming it's legal and/or enforceable.

VI. If a Tenant engages in threatening behavior towards another Tenant/Resident, or places other Residents of the Building in personal danger or distress, then such will serve as grounds for terminating the Lease with respect to the threatening Tenant, with full penalties as permitted by law. Threatening behavior may include but is not limited to unwanted sexual advances, theft of belongings, violation of private space, verbal or written threats, violent actions or the threat of violence towards Residents of the Building.
